Dr. Mookherjee receives the King Charles III Coronation Medal (2025):
Office of the Secretary to the Governor General of Canada - Nominated by the Canadian Lung Association for outstanding contributions to lung health research and education in Canada.​

Dr. Mookherjee receives Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Canada’s premier award for professional women in STEM category (2024), by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) - Awarded to women who influence the field with new breakthroughs, challenge the status quo for knowledge and female empowerment, and pave the way for better representation in accessing and advancing innovation.
